01 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kp66 ("kp66", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to, registration with, and use of the kp66 online gaming platform accessible at kp66.pro and all associated services, features, games, and content offered therein.

By creating a kp66 account, accessing the kp66 platform, or placing any wager or bet through kp66 services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using kp66 services.

kp66 provides its services to Pakistani players and other eligible users on an entertainment basis. All players must satisfy the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 before using any kp66 service. kp66 operates under international gaming regulations and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of player protection, data security, and fair play across all products.

02 Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to kp66 services is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of kp66 services:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. kp66 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all products and services without exception. Individuals under the age of 21 are prohibited from registering, accessing, or using any kp66 service.
2. You must be accessing kp66 from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of kp66 complies with all laws applicable in your location.
3. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by kp66 or any other gaming regulatory body at the time of account creation or during account use.
4. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Individuals who have been declared legally incapable by a competent authority are not permitted to use kp66 services.
5. You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or close family member of kp66 or any affiliated company without prior written authorisation from kp66 management.

kp66 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify your age and identity at any stage. Acceptable identity documents include government-issued national identity cards (CNIC), passports, and other official identification documents issued by Pakistani authorities. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents when requested may result in account suspension, withdrawal restriction, or account closure.

03 Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on the kp66 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kp66 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any winnings or bonuses associated with such accounts upon discovery.

When registering a kp66 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required fields. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. kp66 shall not be held liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

Your account security obligations include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Choosing a strong, unique password for your kp66 account and not sharing it with any third party.
• Not permitting any other individual to access or use your kp66 account under any circumstances.
• Logging out of your kp66 account when using a shared or public device.
• Notifying kp66 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Not selling, transferring, or assigning your kp66 account or any associated balance to another person.

kp66 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials. kp66 reserves the right to suspend any account where suspicious activity is detected pending a security review.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

kp66 supports the following Pakistani payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). kp66 does not apply hidden currency conversion fees on the platform side; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside kp66's control.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the kp66 platform:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. kp66 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are displayed within your kp66 account dashboard and may be updated periodically.
• kp66 processes withdrawal requests in accordance with its standard processing schedule. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within hours under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take longer depending on the receiving institution.
• kp66 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This includes but is not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals may only be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to kp66's payment processing procedures at the relevant time.

kp66 reserves the right to void any transaction that is found to involve fraudulent activity, misuse of payment systems, or any attempt to circumvent kp66's financial controls. Any suspicious transaction may be reported to the relevant financial authorities.

05 Betting, Gaming Rules, and Wagering Conduct

All bets and wagers placed on the kp66 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, sport, or event. These product-specific rules are displayed within the respective game or betting section and form part of these Terms by reference.

The following general wagering conditions apply across all kp66 products:

• Once a bet has been confirmed by the kp66 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. kp66 reserves the right to void bets placed in error or where odds were clearly displayed incorrectly due to a technical fault.
• kp66 reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any player account at any time without prior notice, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, the decision of kp66 management shall be final, subject to the formal complaints procedure set out in Section 9 of these Terms.
• Any attempt to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or loopholes in kp66 systems for financial gain constitutes a breach of these Terms. kp66 reserves the right to void associated winnings and close the relevant account.
• kp66 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all applicable casino and slot games. Game outcomes are independently audited to ensure compliance with fairness standards.

kp66 offers cricket betting markets including PSL (Pakistan Super League), international Test matches, One Day Internationals, T20 fixtures, and other cricket events. Sports betting odds are subject to change and are not guaranteed until a bet is confirmed by the system. Live betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time at kp66's discretion.

06 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

kp66 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, which are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general conditions apply to all kp66 bonuses and promotional offers:

• Bonus funds and free spins are credited solely for gaming entertainment purposes and must meet applicable wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Each promotional offer is available to eligible players once per household, per device, and per payment method unless otherwise specified in the promotion's specific terms.

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Bonus funds that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the expiry of the promotional period will be forfeited.

07 Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

kp66 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all its products and services. Gaming on kp66 is intended to be a form of entertainment. It should never be used as a means of generating income, recovering financial losses, or addressing personal financial difficulties.

kp66 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may restrict the amount they are permitted to lose within a defined period. Once a loss limit is reached, further wagering is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session Alerts: Players may configure time-based reminders to notify them when a gaming session has reached a pre-set duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request self-exclusion for a period of their choosing, up to and including permanent account closure. Self-exclusion takes immediate effect and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

kp66 enforces a strict 21+ policy. No individual under the age of 21 is permitted to hold a kp66 account or access kp66 gaming services. kp66 actively employs age verification measures to enforce this requirement and will close any account found to be held by an underage individual.

08 Prohibited Conduct and Account Termination

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kp66 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent stage of your relationship with kp66.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the kp66 platform, place bets, or exploit gaming systems.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any form of coordinated exploitation of kp66 markets or promotions.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with kp66's platform, software, games, or security systems.
• Using kp66 services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Creating or operating multiple kp66 accounts for any purpose.
• Accepting payments into your kp66 account from third parties or using kp66 as a payment processing intermediary.

kp66 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of the above prohibitions without prior notice. In such cases, kp66 may withhold any balance, bonus funds, or pending winnings associated with the account pending investigation. Confirmed cases of fraud or money laundering will be reported to the relevant law enforcement and financial authorities.

09 Complaints and Dispute Resolution

kp66 is committed to resolving player complaints promptly and fairly. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of kp66 services, you should follow the procedure below:

1. Contact Support: In the first instance, submit your complaint to the kp66 support team via the contact details provided on the kp66 platform. Please provide your account username, a clear description of the complaint, and any relevant supporting documentation.
2. Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within seven (7) business days, you may request escalation to the kp66 compliance team. A written response will be issued within fourteen (14) business days of escalation.
3. Final Resolution: If the matter remains unresolved following the internal escalation process, kp66 will advise on any external dispute resolution options available under the terms of its operating licence.

These Terms and all disputes arising from them shall be governed by applicable international gaming regulations under which kp66 operates. kp66's decision on any bet, game outcome, or account matter shall be final and binding following the completion of the complaints procedure.

10 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kp66 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the kp66 platform or any of its services. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failures, interruptions in service, or force majeure events.

kp66 does not warrant that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. Planned maintenance and unplanned technical issues may temporarily affect the availability of some or all kp66 services. kp66 will endeavour to restore services as quickly as reasonably practicable and will not be liable for losses directly attributable to service unavailability.

In no event shall kp66's total aggregate liability to any single player exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their kp66 account in the six (6) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

11 Amendments to These Terms

kp66 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kp66 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the kp66 platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

Continued use of the kp66 platform following the notification of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using kp66 services immediately and contact the kp66 support team to close your account and arrange any eligible withdrawal.
